In support of the Richmond SPCA, donor Emily Chan donated her 1999 VW Cabrio to charity. In doing so, she will be helping the animals served by the SPCA, something that is important to her. Our thanks to Emily for this vehicle donation that will help the Richmond SPCA in the important work they do.
