Charity Vehicle Donation Process

Charity car and vehicle donations provide valuable financial resources to support the running of local and regional charities.



1. Call or complete online form

Complete the vehicle donation form to tell us the charity you want to donate to, how to contact you, and information about the vehicle you are donating to charity.



2. We'll call you to arrange pickup

We'll contact you to arrange to pick up your vehicle and complete the paperwork. Vehicles are towed at no cost to the donor. Or, if it works better for you, you can drop off the vehicle.



3. Vehicle donation value

With minor repairs, some vehicles may be worth more to a charity resold rather than recycled. Vehicle donation value is determined once the vehicle is inspected.



4. Receive a charitable tax receipt

Once the vehicle is disposed of the donation is made to your chosen charity. The charity will issue a charitable tax receipt for the vehicle donation value.
